My Client's a leading manufacturing company based in Redditch and they are looking to recruit within their Payroll team. This role a part time position and they are looking to get someone started quite quickly.

Day to day duties will include the following:

. Reconciliation of worked overtime to authorized hours

. Updating shift patterns on company time and attendance system

. Processing holiday forms calculation of employee entitlement

. Calculating holiday pay

. Transferring hours from time and attendance system to Sage Payroll

. Ensuring employee pay details are correct (Rates / deductions / adjustments)

. Sick pay calculations, court orders (attachment of earnings)

. Processing tax codes, starters and leavers

. Preparing bacs payments and ensuring electronic payslips are issued

. RTI Submissions

As a person you will need the following qualities and experience:

. Formal Payroll qualification (Not essential)

. Experience on Sage payroll

. Experience in reconciling weekly hours

. Strong IT skills (including advanced Excel)

. Attention to detail
