Our Client based in Tamworth are currently recruiting for a Scheduling Administrator to join their team on a 6 month fixed term contract.

Main duties include -

  • Providing all round office administration support
  • Handling a high volume of calls both inbound and outbound
  • Managing a busy email account
  • Receiving and processing orders
  • Liaising with internal departments and supply chain
  • Converting enquiries into business
  • Inputting information into internal systems and databases
  • Calculating, supplying and chasing quotations

Key skills required -

  • Experience in a similar role is desired
  • IT literate including all Microsoft packages
  • Car owner / driver ideally due to location
  • Be able to work within a fast paced environment

Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00am - 17:00pm (40 hours)

Salary: GBP18,000 - GBP22,000 DOE
