The Job Role:

  • Processing of mortgage applications through to completion.
  • Obtain illustrations, comparisons and research
  • Speaking to lenders and solicitors and updating clients to provide a smooth service during their house move
  • Compile review packs and produce valuations for existing clients.
  • Pro-actively liaising with clients to request documentation, checking the documentation that is provided is correct and compliant.
  • Processing of mortgage applications through to completion.
  • Verifying documentation
  • Providing full administrative support
  • Preparing and emailing clients our proposed Solicitor quotations
  • Completing all Life Insurance Applications for Providers

Requirements:

  • Previous Mortgage Administration experience is ESSENTIAL.
  • Excellent communications
  • You will have excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • You will have excellent PC Skills.

Personality (desirable)

  • Friendly, bubbly, outgoing and positive personality
  • Proven ability to demonstrate confidence
