Are you an experienced care co-ordinator, looking for a role with real career progression and excellent support?

Due to continued growth, Carewatch are looking to recruit an experienced Care Co-ordinator, with a driving licence and access to a car, to join our busy team in Colton. You will be responsible for preparing weekly rotas and ad-hoc changes to existing rotas, and ensuring our customers receive regular carers at their requested time and that the highest standards of care are maintained at all times. Hours are 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday, with some flexibility required, to ensure that we can offer a great service our customers and care workers.

You will also be liaising closely with the Registered Manager/Quality Officer in planning and organising supervisions and shadowing alongside arranging care reviews and risk assessments for Service Users and Quality Officers. You may also be required to support and liaise with the recruitment team to ensure that they aware of staffing requirements and on some occasions partake in face to face interviews. You will also liaise with Service Users and other professionals, and occasionally participating in the out-of-hours on call service, so you must be a driver with access to your own transport to be considered. You should ideally have a good understanding of the Domiciliary Care sector and suitable co-ordinator experience, with skills in rostering, IT, administration and customer service.

This role is subject to a DBS/Disclosure Scotland check and you will need to provide proof of a full UK driving license and your right to reside and work in the UK.
