Our client based at Newcastle Airport is offering some great opportunities to work within Executive Lounge. We are seeking Kitchen staff to fulfil a part time ( Min 30 hours), temp to perm role, which will be starting in late April

In order to be meet the criteria required, you will need to;

*Be able to work any hours covering a 24/7 operation with no restrictions ( IE study etc)
*Be able to make your own way to Newcastle Airport 24/7
*Provide Eligibility to work in the UK
*Be happy to undertake a Basic Disclosure
*Must not have lived outside the UK for more than 6months at a time in the last 5 years.
*Provide 5 years written references and support any gaps of 30 days or more

This role will require you to work independently, and as part of a team within Executive Lounge at Newcastle
Successful candidates will have working knowledge in a kitchen environment, demonstrate exceptional standards and show a passion for the hospitality industry. You will need to have a flexible approach as you will be working evenings, weekdays and weekends. The successful candidate will need to be able to work on own initiative and a within a team to deliver outstanding service in this unique environment. Out will need to deliver the below;
*Prepare " Complimentary" foods to support footfall in the lounge and ensure the food stations are kept well stocked
*Prepare "Menu" food by order, in a timely manner
*Correct use of kitchen equipment
*Maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen including the equipment, at all times.
*Stock awareness including stock rotation and ordering
*Training will be issued upon starting.
*Food prep for following days shift
*Health and Safety awareness
*Completion of H &S paperwork
*Ability to work under pressure and be organised
You will be required to:
*Have a solid and knowledgeable background working in a kitchen environment
*The ability to plan and organise a kitchen to ensure complimentary foods and ordered food is delivered in a timely and presentable order
*Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
*Ability to keep the kitchen organised, stocked and clean at all times
*Be flexible in this fast moving environment
