A fresh food pub with a function room in Staffordshire is recruiting for a Head Chef to lead the kitchen

Role:

A very popular dining venue due to its location, this pub offers classic pub dishes alongside a la carte dishes, specials and a pizza menu as well as serving breakfasts is recruiting for a Head Chef. The pub also has a separate function room that is used for a variety of events including meetings, conferences, weddings, theme nights etc for 200 covers for a buffet or just over 100 covers for a sit down function. Currently seeking a Head Chef to take control of the kitchen this role will allow you autonomy to run the department whilst working closely with the General Manager to develop the menus. This is a hands on role where you will be expected to lead your team for the front whilst remaining full in control of all your kitchen management responsibilities at the same time.

Requirements:

The property is seeking a Head Chef who is an excellent leader with a strong but approachable character who can lead a team working in a very busy kitchen. All chefs should have high quality backgrounds working in respected fresh food operations with previous experience at working at AA Rosette level.
