Supporter Services Manager
Bransby Horses is an equine welfare charity which is celebrating its 50th anniversary. The Charity's objects are to prevent and relieve cruelty to horses, ponies and donkeys, to protect them from unnecessary suffering and promote knowledge of their care and treatment among the public. We help to rescue, rehabilitate and rehome horses. The Charity rescues, rehabilitates and rehomes horses on a 600-acre site near the historic City of Lincoln, which also has a Visitor's Centre and Cafe. The charity is funded entirely by the generosity of public donations and legacies. Bransby Horses is seeking a pro-active Manager to join our friendly Supporter Services team. The successful candidate will manage the gift order processing, renewal mailing, thanking and fulfilment processes. The Manager will ensure the effective use of the charity's database whilst complying with relevant legislation and guidelines. The Supporter Services Manager will also be responsible for managing and developing the current team to ensure an excellent supporter journey / experience. The ideal candidate will have experience of working within a customer / supporter focused environment, the ability to lead and manage teams, experience of managing project work, as well as an up to date knowledge of relevant legislation, data protection and GDPR. Good communication, organisation skills and flexibility are essential to the role. A qualification in a relevant discipline and/or customer / supporter service experience would be ideal. The salary is GBP25,000 - GBP29,000 per annum (dependant on experience). The hours of work are 37.5 (to include occasional weekend, bank holidays and evening work on a rota basis).
