Salary: GBP16,000.00 - GBP17,000.00

The key purpose of the role is to ensure that owners, club members and the general public are served efficiently and professionally. To assist in the day to day smooth and efficient running of the Site in line with company guidelines, continually setting a good standard.

Main Duties
Operations - 30% of the role
?? To take reservations and handle business enquiries in a professional and friendly manner
?? To have a good knowledge of the services on site including opening and closing times
?? To maintain the tidiness and cleanliness in the Reception area
?? To attend all training courses as advised by the line manager
?? Effectively manage and help to resolve any complaints or issues
?? The ability to delegate duties to junior colleagues, enabling them to develop within their roles
?? To arrive punctually for duty
?? Execute high standards of presentation and service levels that achieve and exceed Audley standards
?? To attend Heads of Department meetings when required
?? To perform any other appropriate tasks requested by the line manager

Communication - 30% of the role
?? To be fully aware of all events planned and be able to advise
?? To work closely and communicate regularly with all colleagues to promote effective communication and team spirit

Customer Service - 30% of the role
?? To meet and greet customers arriving at the Village and subsequently to provide a fond farewell upon departure
?? To undertake all duties with courtesy in a warm, professional and friendly manner
?? To assist Owners and Guests with their queries and requests
?? To have a good working knowledge of the local area and facilities available offsite
?? To be responsible for personal time keeping and punctuality
?? To monitor and be responsible for the timekeeping and punctuality of junior colleagues
?? To deal effectively with general enquiries

Administration - 10% of the role
?? Record any maintenance issues and report to the Facilities Manager
?? To complete daily checklists to ensure all duties are carried out and completed

?? Be aware and comply with Company and statutory requirements
?? Carry out any other reasonable management request

?? Previous experience of managing staff
?? Experience working in the hospitality sector
