I'm currently recruiting for a CRM Manager for a global manufacturing business to be based in Stafford.
My client are a leading global organisation who have always led and driven innovation in its sector. The next phase of this innovation is in their relationships with their customers which is why they are seeking an exceptional CRM Lead who thrives on change and building projects that brings real value.
Reporting into the Head of Department, the CRM Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategy across all key customer segments globally working closely with the wider marketing team to address market-specific opportunities and customer nuances.
Key responsibilities include;
- End to end project management of CRM projects and elements of group projects including communication plans
- Set and monitor KPIs for customer retention and build multi-channel programmes to achieve these targets by email, direct mail and other targeted marketing tools
- Providing strategic input into the scoping of marketing partnerships and dealer relations across the business globally
- Providing customer, competitor and market insights
The successful candidate will be a skilled CRM professional and you will have a strong analytical background. You will have experience of propensity modelling, customer profiling and targeting, direct to customer communications and retention.
The CRM system is built on Salesforce and you will have excellent knowledge of this system and how implement such a system in a sales, service and marketing led business.
