Our corporate and professional client based in Birmingham City Centre are looking for 2 Customer Service Advisors to join their team

These roles are on a temporary basis initially and are working a 35 hour week – Monday - Friday

These roles are based on growth and due to start immediately,

Duties to include but are not limited to:

• Taking incoming calls and accurate messages
• Supporting the existing team with general administration
• Liaising with internal and external clients
• Responding to queries
• Processing paperwork and updating internal systems

Key Skills:

• Strong communication skills - both oral and written
• Organised with strong attention to detail

Working hours:

Mon – Fri – 9:00 am – 5:00 pm - 1 hour lunch - 35 hours a week


£ 8.45 per hour
