We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator to join an established and progressive Domiciliary Care firm based in Birmingham. The main purpose of this role is to provide office wide administrative support to the Director of the firm and the team of coordinators.

Responsibilities
•Answering all calls to the office promptly and professionally, taking detailed telephone notes
•Typing letters and emails
•Keeping files in an orderly fashion and in compliance with the office manual and regulations
•Filing/Archiving
•Preparing client documentation
•Dairy management
•Arranging client appointments
•Filtering and replying to emails and enquiries

Requirements
•Proven office administration experience
•Proven customer service experience
•Typing skills
•Excellent oral and written communication skills
•Excellent telephone manner
•Competent time and work management skills
• Good attention to detail and the ability to tackle a wide range of queries
• Competent with Microsoft packages – Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc
