Ethero staffing are currently recruiting for experienced Hoist Installers to provide all aspects of maintenance, installation and dismantling of construction hoists safely and compliantly to customers across the UK.

Principle Duties & Responsibilities:

Carry out site duties including installation, modification, maintenance and dismantling of hoists on customer construction sites across the UK.
To ensure any tools, equipment and vehicles are used and maintained in a safe manner and that any defects are reported in a timely manner.
Ensure good quality workmanship which upholds company standards, complies with codes and follows safety requirements.

Qualifications and Training:

Educated to minimum of GCSE level.
NVQ Hoist Installer.
Hold CSCS card.

Skills and Knowledge:

Ability to work as part of a team.
Ability to communicate effectively with both colleagues and customers.
Self motivated and have initiative.
Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
Willing to learn and develop new skills.

Other Job Requirements:

Have a flexible approach to hours of work.
Physically fit due to nature of role.
Manual handling.
Hold a current full UK driving licence.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 07:00 - 17:00
