I am recruiting for a forward thinking friendly charity in Coventry, they are looking for a Payroll Administrator to join their finance department.

You will work under the supervision of the Payroll Manager, provide a full payroll service to support service users.

You will be responsible for:

• Providing an efficient computerised payroll service using specialist software
• Completing and maintaining all records relating to PAYE, in line with statutory requirements at all times
• Processing new employee data
• Receiving and filing timesheets
• Assisting with quarterly returns and year end
• Managing post, payroll email addresses and filing
• Scanning and archiving personal data

The successful candidate:

Our client is ideally looking for someone who has payroll experience or a desire to work in payroll. Our client is looking for someone who is customer service driven, flexible and self-motivated. You should also have good communication skills, the ability to prioritise and be able to work to deadlines.
