My client is an international multi-disciplined engineering consultancy that specialise within Civil / Structural, Geotechnical and Geo-Environmental Engineering. Due to securing a number of high profile projects around the West Midlands, they are now looking to appoint an Associate Geo-Environmental Engineer to work alongside their already established structural, Civil and Environmental teams in Central Birmingham. With an already established workload you will be tasked with developing a contaminated land team and managing projects from inception to completion.

Your role will be to build and develop a team whilst delivering the technical output of medium to large contaminated land / remediation projects within a range of high profile building schemes, for a mixture of major residential developers, local authority, industrial and private developers.

The successful applicant should be Chartered with a relevant contaminated land or engineering body, ideally SiLC certified, well-rounded Geo-Environmental Engineer with experience in delivering complex contaminated land / remediation projects from phase I through to remediation and validation stages.

You will be reporting into the board director but have autonomy of the Geo-Environmental department in the west Midlands.

This is a truly exciting opportunity for someone in a similar role currently or a Senior/Principal Engineer looking to advance their career.

All enquirers will be treated in the strictest of confidence.

If you are interested in the role and would like to speak in more detail, please contact Cory on the Calibre Search Manchester office telephone number.
