Job Title: Communications & Engagement Consultant

The Job in Brief:

The Communications & Engagement Consultant works to analyse, devise & deliver the employee communications strategy around employee benefits for PIB’s clients. This person will be responsible for developing the communication and engagement consultancy side of the business (working directly with new and existing clients) to help educate and engage employees about their benefit packages.

PIB is a dynamic insurance broker employing outstanding individuals with a wealth of knowledge and experience in the insurance market. They are an independent, client centric and service focused insurance broker.

Founded in 2014, PIB is growing rapidly and offers a range of specialist expertise, products and services to clients throughout the UK.

Their focus is on insurance market expertise, specialist client focus, strong personal relationships and client service excellence.

Although the trading history of PIB is relatively short, their people have worked across the industry, often with large UK and international insurance brokers, before deciding to bring their expertise to a new, more focused environment.

Their offices already reach across much of the UK, extending from Scotland, through the Midlands, East Anglia and London and they continue to open new offices as even more individuals and teams become interested in their client centric brand of advice.

Work as part of the EB consultancy team, taking the lead on clients EB communications strategies and deliverables.

Take full responsibility for scoping, planning and delivering integrated campaigns.

Devise, source, create and finalise all communications materials including animations.

Measure impact of communications deliverables and take-up of benefits and identify ways to continually improve.

Skills required:

Experience within comms - inhouse or external agency / consultancy.

A “can-do” attitude, be prepared to roll their sleeves up;

Gravitas to consult with senior Board members and other senior stakeholders and have the confidence to develop and articulate an argument for the most appropriate course of action.

Proven track-record of developing communications strategies, with methods to measure their impact and effectiveness, both in terms of quantifiable management information and softer less tangible impact.

Confidence with colleagues showing that involvement will add value to the client experience.

Excellent editorial skills and attention to detail

Self-starter who is passionate and driven to get the job done

Ability to lead or support multiple projects or clients simultaneously
