Salary: £14.75 - £16.16 per hour (Equivalent to £35,293pa) - Dependant on Experience
Hours: Full time or Part time, Days or Nights available, up to 42 hour contracts available

Time Recruitment are currently selecting for a Staff Nurse for a reputable specialist provider who focus on supporting people with Learning disabilities, mental health and Neurological conditions. We are leading the search for a Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD) to join the facility based in Spark Hill, Birmingham not too far from the M42. As a Staff Nurse you will play an important part to the residents every day care.

This service is fairly new it only opened its doors in April 2017, it has all the latest technology and is a modern state of the art facility the .They are looking for talented Staff Nurse to RGN, RMN or RNLD to work at this vibrant exciting service. You will be providing care to adults with acute physical and mental disabilities.

The service can accommodate for 30 beds in total, they currently have 14 occupied at present which is split over 3 units. However 2 units are only being used at the moment, ground floor, which is physical disabilities with 8 residents and 1st floor is for mental health with 7 residents.

You will be the Staff Nurse in charge on one unit supported with 5 carers who will are all trained to a high level and will assist you in administrating medication you will also have your Unit Manager, Deputy Manager and Home manager to support you every step of the way.

Your role as a Staff Nurse will require you to assist the ward manager with:

- Training of junior staff
- Medication Audits
- CPA and risk assessment documentation
- Delivery of care
- Individual 1-2-1 and group therapy sessions
- Working within agreed quality standards, QNIC and health legislation

- Qualified Nurse - Registered with the NMC
- Strong knowledge of the mental health act
