My client, based in Kidderminister are currently seeking an experienced HR Manager who is looking to start a new role as soon as possible.

The successful candidate will be CIPD qualified and looking to join a fast paced and growing organisation.

Role Responsibilities:

* Full HR Generalist role
* Dealing with ER issues
* Disciplinary and grievance
* Drafting recruitment advertising and place in appropriate press
* Selection interviewing for appropriate vacancies e.g. recruitment of management and other key appointments
* Developing line managers selection interviewing skills

* Advising line managers on HR policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to same
* Assisting line management in application of disciplinary and grievance procedures
* Liaising with HR BP and professional advisers (Solicitors) regarding legal and procedural issues
* Drafting documentation for approval

* Providing training/mentoring for line managers re: HR practices
* Delivering appropriate training on HR skills to managers
* Arranging training courses
* Overseeing performance management process
* Collating training needs and producing company training plan
* Developing skills and experience of HR team
* Communication with managers, sites and employees in non-retail areas
* Liaising with Head of HR
* Other projects as and when required

Person specification

* CIPD qualified
* Experience of ER issues
* Full HR generalist experience
* Able to mentor and assist developing employees
* Able to deal with people of all levels
* Manufacturing or Industrial experience preferred
