At Genesis associates we have a Business Development Manager / BDM / Field Sales vacancy working with one of the UK’s leading records management / document solutions providers.

If you have a solid background in a Business Development Manager / BDM / Field Sales / New business sales role, hungry for the potential to increase your own earnings then this role could be for you.

You will be placed within a very motivating highly driven environment working with a great team of hardworking individuals.

The Role:
As a Business Development Manager / BDM / Field Sales you will be responsible for:
• Solution selling
• Service sales
• Creating and developing new business
• Generate new revenue from a portfolio of existing and potential mid-market customers/clients
• A focus on the long term strategy/promote brand/achieve revenue targets/KPI’s
• Observing local market updates
You will be field based sitting appointments that you have generated yourself, when you are not in the field sitting you will either be home working or base yourself in one of the nearest offices.
