An exciting opportunity has arisen to join one of the UK’s leading property specialists in the key role of Lettings Negotiator. In this varied post you’ll deal with all aspects of the lettings market whilst providing a first-class service to landlords and tenants, embracing challenges and thriving in a busy working environment.

We’re looking for a results-driven and confident team player, who’s committed to maintaining the highest standards of customer care and ethical conduct as they identify and maximise business opportunities.
As Lettings Negotiator you will:
- Achieve personal key performance indicators and branch forecasts
- Value properties to let
- Pro-actively sell company ancillary products
- Advise landlords of legal obligations regarding gas, electricity, fire and furnishings
- Introduce new business and build alliances with local employers and developers
- Keep landlords and applicants informed of progress, register enquiries and book assessments, ascertain the financial suitability of applicants, and liaise with credit reference providers
To succeed, lettings experience is preferred but not essential, great people skills and a commitment to maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of market conditions and competitors. An exemplary telephone manner and a full UK driving licence are also essential.
