NQ Commercial Property Solicitor
A rare opportunity has arisen for a newly qualified Commercial Property Solicitor to join the Lichfield office of a long-established, niche Property and Private Client law firm.
Our clients are recognised for their specialist Property work which includes Leasehold Reform and Landlord and Tenant areas. Their client base includes tenants exercising the right to enfranchise for the freehold of their homes or extended leases of their flats, Right to Manage applications, Right to Enfranchise applications in respect of flats and the sale and purchase of ground rents for institutional and private landlords.
In addition to the specialist Leasehold Reform Act work they undertake, our clients are seeing a considerable increase in Commercial Property instructions with an emphasis upon freehold and leasehold commercial property sales and the grant of leases for both Landlords and Tenants for commercial and industrial premises around the UK.
As a consequence, a strong newly qualified Solicitor is now sought to run their own varied caseload with little or no supervision.
To be considered for this role, applicants should possess the following:
- Strong academics including 2.1 or above in their Law Degree
- Relevant Commercial Property experience and the ability to manage their own caseload
- Excellent organisational, communication and keyboard skills
- Strong IT skills
- The ability to work to strict deadlines
- An eye for detail
- A willingness to promote the firm, its ethos and values
In return, the successful applicant will benefit from working within a professional environment where career progression is encouraged.
