You will work alongside a staff colleague (the Creative Designer), together with external consultants and suppliers, to maintain day-to-day IT service. You will also work, again in co-operation with external consultants and suppliers, to change IT for the better over the contract period.

You must be comfortable communicating ideas, problems and solutions to a non-technical audience as well as delivering support to staff and other end-users. You will support and maintain existing database/CRM/web systems, including coordinating the work of specialist external developers. A significant part of the role will include addressing/correcting known bug and issues with the current applications. Additionally, you may be required to engage in starting a new project from its planning phase and should be able to work independently when needed.
