This professional services company based in Edgbaston are now looking for an Administrator to join their busy team.

You will assist the team by delivering exceptional admin support.

Duties:
* Team support for all admin duties
* Reception: first point of contact for all clients and customers
* Meeting and greeting when necessary
* Typing correspondence as requested
* Responding to emails
* Answering department calls and action
* General department admin
* Future duties; accounts admin, marketing and social media

The Candidate:
* Bubbly, outgoing personality
* Bright and a quick thinker
* At least two years admin experience
* IT literate (MS packages)
* Excellent communication skills
* Proactive with a common-sense approach
