We are looking for you! Our loyal client based on the outskirst of tamworth are looking to recruit and develop Full Time Customer Service Advisors!
Day to day duties:
- Answering a high volume of inbound calls
- Providing a high level of customer service
- Problem solving
- Updating internal systems
- Liaising with internal departments
- Working in a friendly team
Experience required:
- Previous Customer Service/ Retail/ Hospitality experience
- IT literate
- Ability to work well under pressure
- DRIVING LICENSE ESSENTIAL - due to location of company!
Hours of work:
Monday to Friday
40 hours a week on a rota basis!
Salary:
GBP18,000
