Due to continued growth our loyal client on the outskirts of Cannock is recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor
If you are bright, bubbly and have proven work experience in an Customer Service / Order Processing based role then this is the role for you.
Main duties include –
• Handling a high volume of calls
• Managing and processing customer orders
• Liaising with customers
• Managing emails
• Dealing with any enquires
• General administration duties
Key skills required -
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good telephone manner
- IT literate
- 2 years experience in sales / administration / order processing
- Car owner / driver ideally
Hours: 08:30am – 17:00pm / 9:00am – 5:30pm Monday to Friday
Salary: £16,500 - £18,000 DOE
