Our premium brand Automotive client is currently recruiting for the following role:

Research and Developments

Position Description:
The Research Business, Quality & PMO team is the platform for all Research projects. The Project & Data Analyst role plays a vital part in developing and implementing robust planning, tracking and delivery templates, processes & toolsets as part of the Research PMO. This role involves:-
- Working closely with the PMO Lead, supplier, engineering teams, IT & other stakeholders to plan and implement the Next Gen Research PMO System.
- Project Data collection, consolidation, analysis, reporting and migration.
- Setting-up & co-ordinating projects reviews and special event (testing, training & launch) as required .
- Track project progress, manage Risks & Issues to ensure appropriate actions are taken and implemented as required.
- Support Engineering Teams across Research to plan and deliver the projects efficiently.
- Ad-hoc support to the Business, Quality & PMO and project teams as required.

Skills Required:
3 KEY SKILLS

- Project Planning, Management & Delivery (PMO) experience
- Structured and disciplined with strong planning and organisational skills
- Attention to detail and ability to Identify, analyse and resolve problems

Experience Required:
- Must have a ""CAN DO"" Approach and track record
- PMO and Project Management experience (Planning , Risks, Issues and finances)
- Strong Inter-personal and communication skills
- Strong analytical skill & PC literacy, particularly in the use of MS Excel (Pivot Tables desirable) and MS Project
- Process Oriented (Ability to understand, develop, adapt and implement PMO and Operational processes Improvements)
- Must be a team player but able to work on your own initiative, plan ahead and manage workload

Experience Preferred:
- Knowledge and experience of SQL Databases
- Knowledge of Sharepoint desirable
- Advanced experience of MS Excel, the development and application of Macros (VBA)
- APM, MSP & Prince 2 qualifications desirable
- Degree or equivalent experience

Additional Information:
- Some intersite travel maybe required as appropriate.
