Our client based in the Centre of Walsall are seeking a bright, bubbly, outgoing and organised PA to the Managing Director on a Temporary basis, with the possibility of a Permanent Role for the right candidate

The successful applicant will be responsible for providing comprehensive, confidential and professional support to the Managing Director and management team in all aspects concerned with the efficient and successful operation of the office

Duties will include

* Taking meeting minutes when requested and where necessary
* Effectively plan and coordinate, set up and evaluate events
* To organise any travel arrangements for the Managing Director and the Senior Management team
* To field all calls to the office and to be the first point of contact for visitors who come to site
* Act as an ambassador at all times for the company brand including representing the brand at sponsored events, prize giving’s, corporate industry events etc

A Driving Licence is essential for this role

£9.74 per hour

Working hours are Monday-Friday, 8am-4.30pm with free Parking
