The Role

Reporting to the Managing Director and as a member of the main board your key tasks will include:

* To lead the implementation of the After Sales Strategy and tactical plan to support the company’s substantial growth plans within the EMEA region
* To develop the Customer Satisfaction KPI’s and SLA frameworks to improve problem resolution and significantly improve customer service
* To lead, manage and develop the multi- national and multi-cultural team to achieve and exceed their individual and team KPI’s and to further improve the After Sales function’s profitability and reputation internally and externally

The Candidate

This role calls for an experienced After Sales Senior Manager with extensive experience in:

* In managing an After Sales and function that installs, services and maintains high value capital equipment/systems
* A “hands on”, customer focused and charismatic senior manager who is well used to the demands of fast moving, service led and demanding blue-chip customers, direct experience of the Food Processing, Packaging or FMCG sectors would be preferable
* A genuine leader with an extensive track record of achieving exceptional results through multi- national and multi-cultural teams, some of whom are remotely based
