The Role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced individual to help manage and motivate a team of Contact Centre Operatives.

This is a pivotal role within our Contact Centre, reporting directly to the Telesales Operations Manager, and like our team, you must be able to deliver

Shift: This role will include a permanent Saturday shift, with a drop down day in the week.

• Enhanced telesales order capture.
• The capacity to interpret, understand financial data through numeric, commercial and verbal reasoning
• Ability and desire to succeed in a lead role through attention to detail and ability to set SMART objectives
• IT Literacy - competent in the Microsoft Office suite
• Good communication skills
• Demonstrate effective team working
• Strong ownership/passion to resolve customer issues in a professional manner
