Customer Support Administrator
£16,000 to £17,000 plus benefits

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Support Administrator to join our Wolverhampton based client. This role will be to provide administrative and organisational support, liaising with local councils to assist with arrangements for field engineer visits.

Main tasks and responsibilities:
• Provide an excellent level of customer service, representing yourself and the company professionally at all times
• Liaise with local councils in regards to customers, ensuring all information required is gathered
• Contact customers to arrange appointments for engineers to carry out the necessary work
• Maintain and update an accurate record of appointments made and work completed
• Produce daily work sheets and route maps for engineers
• Check all paperwork completed by engineers upon completion of work
• Deal with queries and concerns from both customers and engineers
• Liaise with engineers in regards to diary management and site visits
• Adhere to all company health and safety procedures and work in line with company values at all times

The successful candidate will:
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Have the ability to empathise with customers and provide a high level of service
• Be professional and confident in their approach
• Be highly organised and able to work using their initiative
• Ideally have an awareness of consumer electronics or smart homeware products (to be built upon with full training)
• Have experience of using MS packages and working with a CRM system
