We provide healthcare assistants, support workers and nurses to; NHS Hospitals, Community Hospitals, Nursing homes, and learning disability units across the West Midlands and Northwest.
We are recruiting healthcare assistants to work within the Kidderminster area.
Your Role:
Assist and support service users with a wide range of needs, illnesses and disabilities
Personal Care (Washing, bathing, toileting & dressing)
Feeding
Encourage independence
Use manual handling equipment safely and correctly
Maintain effective communication and develop relationships with clients
Work alongside a registered nurse
Assist with client focused activities
Complete record keeping forms
Requirements:
3 months care experience
Mandatory training certificates - (Free training available)
DBS - Update service
Good level of English both verbal and written
Ability to work under pressure
Provide proof of eligibility to work in the UK
