Senior Service Desk Analyst

Overview of the role!

As a Senior Service Helpdesk Engineer in Coventry you’ll work as part of an easy going and busy team of 7 providing technical support to both internal / external customers.

The role will be providing excellent incident and problem management for the first line, answering incoming calls from both internal and external customers and proactively managing the issues through to resolution, compliant with security policies.


  • Working within a senior capacity, training and mentoring members of staff.
  • Incident management and request fulfilment.
  • Understanding of DNS, DHCP etc.
  • ITIL Qualification.
  • Working to strict SLAs.
  • A computing related qualification such as CompTIA A+ or MCDST.
  • Active Directory.
  • Troubleshooting.

What’s on offer:

  • Salary: Up to £24K + free onsite parking + 20% shift allowance = 28K
