Are you an experienced and highly professional telephonist looking for a role within Birmingham City Centre? We have a role within a fantastic business within the legal sector. We are seeking individuals with experience within the following responsibilities:

  • Confident use of a telephone switchboard including directing call and accurate message taking

  • Meeting and greeting clients and customers in a professional and efficient manner

  • Management of meeting room schedules including setting up and monitoring usage

  • Precise data entry into computerised systems including bookings and diary management

  • Handling of post as well as confidential information professionally

  • Management of all in-house filing systems on behalf of the business

  • Able to work effectively as part of a team whilst being able to act upon own initiative

This is an exciting permanent full-time opportunity in a fast-paced professional environment! You must possess experience within a corporate reception capacity.
