As our newest Capital Project's Coordinator you will play a vital role within our ongoing Capital Blocks projects ensuring we are always optimised. Once projects are completed, your role really comes to life; managing asset data and upholding financial governance through our capital block delivery processes. The role will involve liaising with key stakeholders throughout the business which will give you the opportunity to build your own brand within Severn Trent Water. Your involvement within these projects will allow you to create reports and give us vital data where we will utilise this information to make key business decisions.

Having a good experience of using SAP would be essential for the role - as we are looking for the successful candidate to hit the ground running and add value to the team instantly. The reporting side of the role would mean that you will have good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and are comfortable with working with formulas and V Look Ups. Not only are we looking for the above - we are looking for somebody who is very personable and is able to build long lasting relationships quickly and bring a positive attitude to the team. We have set ourselves to the objective of becoming "The UK's most trusted Water Company by 2020" this role will be fundamental in helping us achieve this.

As a Capital Project's Coordinator, your key skills and competencies will include:


* Liaise with key stakeholders including but not exclusively, Capital & Contracts Delivery Technicians, Team Manager's & Senior Technician's re asset data provision.

* Liaise across Group Commercial, with ADM and Finance.

* SAP compliance & process expertise

* Ensure compliant asset data capture for upload into SAP system.

* SAP system transactions & workflows expertise.

* Good planning skills

* Effective written and verbal communication skills

* Good IT skills

Location:
The role will allow you to be based in either Barnhurst, Wolverhampton or at our HQ in Coventry City Centre; so we would consider candidates in close proximity to both locations.
