An educational partnership is currently seeking a Team Administrator to join their media department in a full administration role. This is a full time role which has fantastic room for progression and growth!
This role includes:
• Providing support across a range of media projects, for production of content, marketing material to updating web pages.
• Act as the front of office support for the department, meeting and greeting clients, hospitality and providing admin support for key events and training
• Support the management and development of HR, including recruitment, updating policies, monitoring sickness and staff training
• Arranging meetings internally and externally
• Management of inboxes
• Producing emails, minutes, letters, briefings and reports on behalf of directors
The ability to prioritise owns work load under pressure is key to this role, alongside outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Strong IT skills are necessary alongside a working knowledge of all aspects of Microsoft Office.
This is a full ranging administration role with various elements of HR, Marketing and Personal Assistant duties.
