A national legal company are currently seeking an enthusiastic and fresh telephonist to join their team with the main duties of answering telephone call on behalf of the company alongside greet clients visiting the offices.
Day to day this role will include:
• Switchboard duties
• Occasional front reception desk
• Help with queries and give assistance where needed
• Making international calls and keeping a log of them
• Set up internal and external telephone conferences
• Set up Skype conferences
• Ensuring the offices were well presented and set up
This is a detail oriented role in a high pressured environment, and such good organisational is key. A delightful and telephone manner is needed alongside a proactive and helpful and friendly attitude.
