Customer Service Agent
The Office Support Division of SF Group are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Agent for their client based in Castle Donington. The client offers on site parking and a very interesting business to join.
The Customer Service Agent will work closely with internal teams and customers updating the internal systems, dealing with suppliers through email and over the phone, responding to customer enquiries promptly, handle all bookings, pricing and service enquiries, providing written quotations, communicate with internal departments, organise workflow with the internal teams to meet customer requirements, follow up on customer interactions, maintaining internal databases and prepare reports.
The successful candidate must be well organised, have a strong work ethic, be a strong team player and be computer literate. The candidate will have ideally come from an airline business and understand the sector.
