Hamlin Knight are recruiting for a Customer Support Advisor to join a busy distribution company in Coventry. 37.5 hours per week worked Monday to Friday between the hours of 7am and 7pm. Also working one in four weekends, paying £17k.

Deal with all telephone calls in a courteous and friendly manner
Complete call logs & record details of actions taken
Perform customer verifications
To adapt and change to the types of calls received from Business or Consumer
Ensure the customer receives a positive experience in any dealings
Take ownership of all queries and see through to resolution
Ensure you are actively managing customers’ expectations
Communicate and escalate all information to relevant people as appropriate
Handling and responding to email communications from customers with in SLA
Handle and resolve customer complaints via phone or email
Data entry
