Hamlin Knight are recruiting for a part time customer service representatives to join a leading logistic company in Coventry.

You will be working as part of a Customer Service team putting the Customer First, all customers both internal and external, responding to customer enquiries quickly, efficiently, accurate and within agreed contractual KPIs, escalating where appropriate. Understanding & anticipating the Customer needs & requirements developing a closer working relationship.

Job Requirements:
• Ensuring delivery of the Customer KPIs in terms of Case management for yourself and supporting with the team..
• Log any case received by any medium ie call, email and chat
• Quality of notes and actions is fully detailed
• Previous experience within a customer service environment, or parts department is essential
• Build strong, open, honest, professional relationships with Customers.

This position is an immediate start paying £18k, pro rata working Monday –Friday 8am-12pm.
