As a Recruitment Administrator you will be responsible for:
- Attracting candidates by writing and Posting job ads as well as CV searching using relevant job boards and social media
- Adding any new vacancies/candidates/clients etc. to the company database
- Filtering advert responses and screening potential candidates
- Formatting CV's to company standard
- Liaising with candidates and clients to Schedule interviews and feedback
- Handling confidential and sensitive information and gaining all relevant information for new starters
As a Recruitment Administrator you will be:
- A driven individual who is keen to learn new skills within the recruitment industry
- Passionate about customer service
- Experienced within a Sales Admin / HR Admin Role
- Able to communicate efficiently and build strong relationships with both candidates and clients
