A renowned legal business based in Birmingham City Centre is now looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Telephonist to join their busy team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to start a career within professional services or build on their administration experience.

In this role you will be responsible for:
• Answering all incoming calls and directing them the accordingly using the switchboard
• Assisting with enquiries and advising where necessary
• Setting up internal and external conference telephone and video calls
• Meeting and greeting visitors, signing them in and ordering taxis for them as required
• Scanning, faxing and other administrative duties
The successful candidate will be proactive and organised with a fantastic work ethic and determination to learn and work collaboratively with the team. You will have an excellent telephone manner and a proactive attitude to queries. Previous reception or telephone experience would be advantageous but not essential.
