First class Receptionist looking to move into Professional Services?
An award-winning national business is looking for a confident, enthusiastic and can-do Receptionist to join their Birmingham team. If you are an experienced Receptionist who is looking to move into professional services, this could be the role for you!
Based in a friendly and lively team, you will be responsible for managing the switchboard in a quick and professional manner. You will take all incoming calls, take messages and direct calls to the appropriate person or team. You will need to answer all calls quickly and professionally, and be able to take accurate messages. This is a fast paced role, and you will need to be able to deal with a high volume of work!
In addition to telephone duties, you will also be covering the reception desk; meeting and greeting clients, coordinating meeting rooms, ordering lunches and arranging couriers. The offices are pristine and very impressive, and you will need to maintain this image at all times.
The ideal candidate will have receptionist experience, gained either in hospitality or professional services. You will need previous switchboard experience, have an excellent telephone manner, and be able to demonstrate exemplary customer service at all times.
The salary for this position is £17000, and the role is based in incredible offices within Birmingham City Centre.
