Contracts Administrator required for our client, a specialist in the design, installation, service and maintenance of HVAC solutions within the commercial and public sector. They are currently seeking an experienced and diligent Contracts Administrator assisting M&E Project Managers with the day-to-day administrative duties relating to ongoing projects.
The contract administrator's duties will include - liaising with clients, suppliers and subcontractors, managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all relevant documentation is received, stored correctly and dealt with accordingly and more. Other duties would include general office duties, assisting other administrative team members and completing PQQ's.
Candidate must have experience dealing with contracts and particularly Contract Terms and Conditions. Candidates will live within a commutable distance of the company's offices in Coleshill.

MEP Contracts Administrator Position Remuneration
- Salary £20-25K+
- Holiday allowance + Bank Holiday
- Working hours will be 8.30am to 5pm
