Are you looking to join a rapidly expanding international B2B customer service team? Our client is a global organisation looking for customer service / account executives with fluent Dutch or German to join them as soon as possible on a permanent basis.

Your role will involve providing class-leading customer service and advice to a range of global business customers in Dutch or German and English. You will have extensive training on a range of services and will look after client queries, sales administration, order processing, relationship building, account management and customer development for the Dutch or German speaking markets.

If you are passionate about delivering exceptional levels of customer service and seamless customer care this is a great opportunity to use your skills in Dutch or German and English for a growing global organisation.   • Fluent written and spoken Dutch or German
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Available to start on short notice
  • Proven B2B customer service experience
  • Service orientated with first class communication skills and telephone manner
  • The ability to commute to Burton upon Trent or relocate
