We are looking for a Outreach Support Worker who wants to make a difference in the lives of Adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Mental Health problems and Challenging Behaviours.
As a Outreach Support Worker you will be providing a combination of support, personal care and domestic care. You will be empathetic and understanding of the trauma those in your care have suffered which can manifest in to very challenging behaviours.

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the following:
• Must be in commutable distance to Nuneaton, Warwickshire and Bedford
• Clean, full driving license, with access to own transport
• Must be available to complete 24hour shifts: (In most cases shift pattern: late - sleep - early)
• Minimum 6 months professional / voluntary experience

• Level 2 care related qualification preferred however full training can be provided
