This is a varied and busy role which is a fixed contract until end of 2018.
Role involves -
All administration with respect to organising facilities and the management of.
Raising of purchase orders on SAP system for vehicle maintenance, engineers work wear,tools, and other facilities supplies.
Preparation of all relevant documents as required via Excel spreadsheet, recording monthly records for engineers mileage, collation of drivers licences yearly and updating re new starters.
Maintaining current and up to date records of suppliers and prices,etc.
All stationery orders and stock checks.
MOT records kept up to date. Typing of letters for claims.
Issuing of engineers workwear and tools when delivered and checking off invoices against delivery notes.
Inspection of all new and returned vehicles prior to returning to lease company.
Any other ad hoc admin duties as required.
The ideal candidate should be experienced in Facilities Management of engineers vehicle maintenance, tools and workwear and have worked in this area for at least two years.
Hours of work 8.30am -4.30pm. Monday - Friday.
