About the Role

The Global Analytics and Insights Manager role is a unique opportunity for experienced leader in the insights and analytics. This role will lead the adoption of a data-driven approach within our eCommerce team, actively providing strategy and innovations to deliver improvements across our digital ecosystem, globally.

You will use your insights and analytics to assess customer behaviors and habits, spot new trends in emerging technologies, and provide clear recommendation to improve online customer journey by working with various cross-functional business stakeholders and technology teams.

Working with the business intelligence team, you will advise on the best process to adopt an omni-channel approach to gain insights from customers online (web, app) as well as offline (bricks & mortar stores) to improve the overall customer experience, and ultimately customer conversions.

Role and Responsibilities

Track key web metrics in a weekly eCommerce dashboards and reports, and flag trends or issues and communicate across teamsMaintain and support Google Analytics 360 data integrity/validationCoordinate tagging for new site content and functionality, tracking parameter implementations. Identify gaps in the current data capture strategy and collaboratively implement enhancements·Analyse web traffic and digital channel performance to deliver recommendations and insights on ways to further improve performance

Partner and educate other team members to ensure best practices in metrics and decision making are being maintained

About You

Excellent problem solving abilitiesMinimum 2 - 3 years of web metrics and/or analytics experienceExperience with Google Analytics (ideally GA 360) and Google Tag Manager Site tagging implementation (or similar) Ability to think critically and make recommendations based on the business data needs: analyse data, interpret results and recommend actions to optimize marketing investmentsKnowledge of digital marketing disciplines ·Ability to collaborate with various cross-functional teams and stakeholders

·BS/BA in Computer Science, Business, Marketing or equivalent experience required

Highly proficient in Excel with building complex dashboards·Experience in Bigquery, R, SQL, Javascript, or database marketing and CRM programs a strong plus
