A brilliant organisation based in Birmingham is seeking a Telephone/Reception Coordinator to assist in providing excellent customer service. You will be integral in organising the front desk area, welcoming clients and managing the switchboard.

You must be delightful, professional and organised in your approach. Primarily, you will be handling a wide range of calls, signposting queries to the right person, making international calls and logging information on the system, setting up telephone conferences, greeting all visitors, delegating meeting rooms and liaising with the housekeeping staff to ensure refreshments and lunches are booked. It will be imperative to ensure the reception area is maintained and all general admin duties are completed.

The successful individual will be enthusiastic, hard-working and meticulous. Ideally, you will have some telephone/administration experience in professional services.
