Main responsibilities
As a Sales Coordinator you will be effectively deal with all sales enquiries, ensuring the client’s expectations are met and surpassed. To support the business development managers and directors by pricing opportunities as well as pricing and quoting direct to clients. Following up quotes and logging sales into company CRM system. Managing the company CRM system by logging enquiries, opportunities and sales, and producing MI reports from CRM. Making client appointments as and when necessary for Business Development Managers and the Business Development Director
Working with internal and external clients to ensure company objectives and goals are achieved. Attend monthly sales meetings and conference calls as and when necessary to give feedback.
