Analyst 1 - Legionella – Coventry

An opportunity has arisen for an Analyst 1 in the Legionella team at ALS Environmental in Coventry, West Midlands.
As an Analyst 1 you will be completing, to the required quality standards, the analysis of samples for a range of Legionella methods.

About the Position

Hours Per Week: 15 hours
Days Per Week: Friday and Saturday (8:00 – 16:00)
Basis: Fixed-term until end July 2018
Annual Salary: £15,500 pro rata
Closing Date: 20th April 2018

Key accountabilities about the Position:

• Samples completed in compliance with quality management system
• Samples completed to allocated quantities and deadlines
• Adhere to Health and Safety and Company policies and procedures
• Maintain daily service delivery to Company KPI’s
• Understand customer requirements
• Work with other team members to ensure efficient flow of samples

About you

To be successful in this role you will require the following Competencies:

Skills and Experience

• 5 GCSE’s at Grade C or above to include Science, Maths and English
• A level or equivalent in scientific subject
• Ideally some laboratory experience
