Hamlin Knight Finance are looking for a very special individual to join our team in a supporting role that encompasses candidate attraction/management and administration and payroll.

This is a busy role, with several Consultants relying on you to deliver against deadlines on a daily basis.

Day to day your duties would include:

Telephone screening candidates
Adding candidates to the database
Writing & formatting CVs
Writing and publishing job adverts
Booking candidate meetings (registrations)
Completing registration paperwork
Interviewing candidates
Collecting IDs
Scanning IDs and forms to the database and ensuring compliance
Arranging interviews
Sending interview confirmations
Payroll of our temporary work force (training provided)
Submitting CVs
Filling in daily spreadsheets
Auditing the database on a weekly basis
Completing invoicing paperwork
Temporary assignment administration; confirming bookings, checking in with temps week to week
Collecting references on candidates
Maintaining meaningful contact with candidates on a daily basis by phone

The person we appoint will be fantastic on the 'phone, able to converse easily with clients and candidates. You will have experience of taking ownership of queries and be able to resolve problems. You will be able to demonstrate experience of juggling conflicting priorities and managing stakeholder expectations. Above all you'll be an organised and efficient administrator and have a genuine interest in helping great candidates find great jobs.
